YES! The Met Gala always bring amazing dresses.. and it's always fun see how people can interpret the theme of the event. This year, the theme was Manus X Machina: Fashion in the age of technology exhibition, which was co-chaired by Taylor Swift, Idris Elba, Vogue editor Anna Wintour and Apple executive Jonathan Ive.
Let's see how the guests see theirselves in the future of fashion!

Taylor Swift chose a silver and black Louis Vuitton dress, clutch and boots with Mattia Cielo earrings, Eva Fehren ear cuff and rings and Borgioni diamond ring.

Also Alicia Vikander opted for a  Louis Vuitton dress and boots and to complete the look Bulgari jewels.

Selena teamed up with Louis Vuitton too with a total look by the designer. I'm sorry but Selena, that's not your style!

Rita Ora was accompanied by Vera Wang and of course she chose an amazing gown by Vera! She was simply stunning!

 

Rosie Huntington-Whiteley wore a custom ivor one shoulder Ralph Lauren Collection dress with clutch and sandals. She completed the look with Ralph Lauren Vintage Collection platinum and diamond earrings.

Poppy Delevigne chose a beautiful Marchesa gown with Giuseppe Zanotti Design heels and Stephen Webster jewellery.

Also Rose Byrne opted for Ralph Lauren, with a silky cream gown, Jimmy Choo clutch and Cartier choker.

 

Emily Ratajwoski opted for a black and white dress by Prabal Gurung with Tamara Mellon sandals.

 

Hailee Steinfeld wore an emerald cut out dress by H&M which was simple but so effective. She wore Charlotte Olympia shoes, David Webb jewelry and Rauwolf clutch.

Adriana Lima opted for a Giambattista Valli Haute Couture dress, Chopard jewelry, Oscar de la Renta shoes and Roger Vivier clutch.

Karolina Kurkova was one of the best dressed with her amazing Marchesa gown with 150 hand-placed led lights by IBM Watson.

 

Kylie Jenner wore a Balmain tight and super sparkly dressand a short black bob.

 

Also Alessandra Ambrosio teamed up with Balmain, completing her look with Fred Leighton jewels, Giuseppe Zanotti shoes, Jennifer Fisher earrings anf Judith Leiber clutch.

Another Balmain alumni, Joan Small with Giuseppe Zanotti shoes and Balmain dress.

And then finally Jourdan Dunn in Balmain too!

Sarah Jessica Parker, disapponted me a little bit wearing a custom couture Monse suit, a Nina Ricci bag, SJP Collection shoes, and Fred Leighton jewels.

Amber Heard chose a Ralph Lauren Collection custom champagne silk dress with Kimmy Choo heels. Very classy!

Beyoncé, the queen, who just released her album Lemonade, wore a Givenchy gown with 100-carats of Lorraine Schwartz jewels. I don't know if I like this look or not.. maybe it's the colour or the material of the dress.. I don't know.

 

 Emma Stone wore a white Prada gown with a leather bustier and with Lorraine Schwartz diamond jewellery and a new dark look for her hair! Gorgeous!

Bella Hadid  a black gown by Givenchy, which is the classic mix between straight lines and ruches.

 

Lupta Nyong'o chose a green Calvin Klein Collection dress with jewellery by Tiffany & Co. All matched with her stravagant hair do!

Dakota Johnson aka Anastasia Steele from 50 Shades of Grey, wore a Gucci gown with Norman Silverman diamond bracelets.

Jennifer Hudson chose a special edition dress by H&M completing the look with Lorraine Schwartz earrings. It's dress is like a cloud.. soooo nice!

Alexa Chung chose a super sparkly navy blue tuxedo custom made by Thakoon. So elegant and original!

 Kate Upton, newly engaged showed off her ring and also her silver dress custom made by Topshop. I always like this shape in a dress!

 Kate Hudson chose a super cut outs Atelier Versace dress with 8 million worth Lorraine Schwartz jewellery.. UHHH kinda expensive!

Margot Robbie wore a simple white Calvin Klein dress with Tiffany & Co. jewels, Jimmy Choo shoes and Elsa Peretti cuffs. I find Margot always so perferctly elegant and classy. The dress is strapless with cutouts but most of all is made of recycled silk!

 Allison Williams aka Marnie from HBO's show, Girls, chose a 3D printed Peter Piloto dress with Soraya Silchenstedt x La Ligne jewellery and Edie Parker clutch.

 


Now, let's pass to my absolute fave of the night..
Emma Watson is always so classy but at the same time alternative! She chose a custom Calvin Klein Collection look made by a black taffeta off the shoulder top, bustier with lace and black satin trousers and a long black train with Paige Novick jewelry. As for Margot Robbie's dress, also Emma's outfit is made by recycled and ethical materials such as organic silk and cotton.

Speakinf of trains..Zoe Saldana chose a fabolous Dolce&Gabbana dress and clutch with Christian Louboutin shoes. Spectacular!

Karlie Kloss wore a white super cutouts Brandon Maxwell gown with a caste cape on it which at th end revealed the beatiful dress.

 

Kate Bosworth chose an entire look by Dolce&Gabbana and she was beautiful!

 

Gigi Hadid and her boyfriend Zayn Malik decided to make their couple public debut on the red carpet of the Met Gala. Gigi chose a Tommy Hilfiger gown and Zayn wore a custom made Versace suit with moulde metal arms studded with Swarovski crystals! Yeah! You nailed the theme!

Blake Lively, who is pregnant of her second baby, chose a pale pink dress by Burberry with a organza and chiffon gown with a corset top and a long cape hand dyed adn sewn laser cut flowers. She completed her look with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry. Is that you Serena Van de Woodsen??? xoxo

Nicole Kidman was a perfet princess with her Alexander McQueen gown and cape from the a/w 2016 collection matched with Fred Leighton jewels.

 

 


And now the one that won everything.. Claire Danes who wore a Zac Posen princess gown which literally glow in the dark! AMAZING!

 

Now let's pass to the men!
Idris Elba opted for a Tom Ford look and he's very James Bond material!

Tom Hiddleston wore Ralph Lauren Purple Label evening suit with Montblanc tuxedo studs and cuff links.

Alexander Skarsgard (OMG!) chose a Louis Vuiton suit.. He's so handsome!

Diplo chose a dirty green Calvin Klein Collection cypress wool silk tuxedo, shirt and black satin tie.. and I kinda like it a lot!

Douglas Booth wore a custom made Topman suit and he's adorable!
