Magic Venice

The Cinema Festival of Venice arrived at its 72th edition and it has begun on the 2nd September and it will continue till 12th September 2015.

The panel of judges is composed by the actresses Elizabeth Banks, Diane Kruger and Paz Vega, then Emmanuel Carrere, Hou Hsiaohsien, Lynne Ramsay, Nuri Bilge Ceylan, Francesco Munzi, Alix Delaporte, Anita Caprioli and the president in charge director Alfonso Cuaron.

Venice Festival give me the same feeling as Cannes.. Both have this magical, luxuriuos and chic atmosphere that you can find and feel only in these places like these.



The Festival in Venice is the perfect occasion for the jury, actors , actresses and directors to show the most beautiful dresses and suits from the latest high fashion designers' collections.
At the presentation of the jury Diane Kruger chose an embroidered floral mini dress by Preen with some simple flat black Chelsea boots and socks.
Elizabeth Banks opted for a classic floral Dolce & Gabbana dress from one of the latest collection and Stuart Weitzman sandals.
Paz Vega wore a midi lenght dress and heels by Salvatore Ferragamo.

 

Diane Kruger sported a lot of amazing outfits through the premieres like a bright red jumpsuit by Cushnie et Ochs at the opening dinner, a burgundy velvet dress by Boss, which in my opinion is extremely chic and a breath-taking white and silver Prada gown with Lee Savage clutch and Kwiat earrings at the Everest premiere.   




Elizabeth Banks opted for really nice outfits such as this floral and light Elie Saab dress matched with Christian Louboutin pumps, Djula and Borgioni jewelry and Jimmy Choo clutch. For her second outfit she chose an Andrew GN dress with Sutra jewelry and Brian Atwood shoes, for the premiere of Everest she wore a stunning white Dolce & Gabbana dress and clutch with Eva Fehren rings, earrings by Jemma Wynne and EF Collection and Christian Louboutin heels.

At the premiere of "A Bigger Splash" Elizabeth wore a delicate white lace floral dress with a deep neckline by Marchesa  2016 Resort  collection.

Alessandra Ambrosio wore two nice outfits: one black and one white both of them by Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini matched with Chopard jewels. Alessandra channeled her inner boho chic style with these two simil gipsy chic dresses.

 Dakota Fanning wore a chic and elegant Miu Miu outfit at Miu Miu Women’s Tales Dinner held at Ca’ Corner della Regina in Venice, with a white cream sweater and a black bouncy skirt with heels by Paul Andrew. At the photocall of her film she worea chaste black long broderie anglaise dress by Valentino and at the premiere of Black Mass she chose an amazing pale pink Prada gown, which she fitted beautifully.
At the "Being Protagonist" party she rocked a sexy but classic black long sleeves dress with a deep tear that shows her long legs.

At "A Bigger Splash" photocall Dakota wore an adorable sleeveless black dress with printed red poppies by Rodarte Fall 2015.

At the photocall for Danish Girl, Alicia Vikander wore a nice Louis Vuitton dress, Amber Heard chose a Zimmerman dress and Eddie Redmayne sported a casual shirt, burgundy sweater and light khaki trousers.

 

In the evening, on the red carpet for Danish Girl premiere, the cast wore some great outfits like Alicia who chose Louis Vuitton and Amber wore Alexander McQueen.

Amber Heard rocked an amazing Stella McCartney black gown with Bulgari clutch and Christian Louboutin pumps, her husband Johnny Depp, instead wore a total Dior Homme's suit. Can I say something about Johnny? What happened to you dear Johnny?? Why your suit is so large?? Wrong size and taylor? YES!

Paz Vega. at the opening ceremony wore breath-taking silver  Ralph & Russo Couture gown, which, in my opinion is one of the best outfit of the festival.
At the photocall she wore a cute red polka dot sheer dress. So classy! It reminds me of 50's divas.

Kristen Stewart chose a total look by Chanel for her photocall with black and dark blue navy blouse and shorts, for the premiere of Equals she wore an eclectic and futurist silver dress.

Jake Gyllenhaal rocked a Ferragamo black velvet suit for the premiere of Everest. Really dapper!

Look at him! Eating pasta on a taxi boat... that's what you do when your in Italy! ahah

The main inspirations for this festival is the boho chic/floral one and the silver and sparkling one, but of course the black ever-green dress can never be missed.

Venice is such a beautiful location for such a great event like the cinema festival. Venezia with all its canals, drains and characteristic alleys, I think it's one of the most romantic city in the world.
